Lafayette Park Apartments

I lived here for more than a year, left my unit in incredible condition. I moved out a few months ago and I'm still waiting for the return of my security deposit. The property management company keeps telling me the cheque is in the mail but it's been 3 months now and I still haven't received it. The accounting department won't email me back with proof that the cheque has been issued and property manager won't answer phone calls.

The manager is terrible, delayed answers regardless of however polite these replies seem.
Car was broken into and there was no access to the camera, I doubt they even work. The manager is not around to handle these issues, there were a line of people waiting for arrival.
What good is it to have a gated lot at this rate?
I can hear the neighbors and every little thing.

Stay away! Looks pretty on the outside there have been multiple break-ins in the parking lot even though it is gated. Management is never around or available to tenants during these type of crisis.

The building manager is rude, extremely unhelpful and overall unpleasant to have any interaction with. The gym is atrocious - cockroaches EVERYWHERE. I sent photos to the building manager of them on the walls and the equipment and the response was sorry they fumigated the trash area on the other side of the wall. You are so close to the buildings next to you, you can hear them cleaning their apartment, talking on the phone, babies screaming, coughing/sneezing and musical instruments. Lived here for about a year now. I can't wait to move out. The manager is rude and condescending. The walls are paper thin so you get no privacy. Lastly, you only get one parking space so if you have two cars, you have a problem cause finding street parking is impossible.
