Highly Recommend (Unique Space)

I’ve lived at Morgan Lofts (~1 year so far) and couldn’t be happier about my decision for the following reasons:

1.) Unique Space - high - and exposed - ceilings + brick/ concrete facade that quite frankly don’t exist in Koreatown. The space reminds you of something you normally get in the arts district / New York. Also a huge plus is the HUGE bathrooms (tub + shower);

2.) Finishes & Detail - guests are always impressed by the Jenn-Air Appliances and kitchen island;

3.) Location - Morgan is...
pretty much located on main & main in Koreatown. You have an H-Mart w/in a 5 minute walk and tons of food/ pub options at walking distance;

4.) Management - Joeanne’s been amazing so far and very proactive in communicating. Additionally, she brings in a car wash vendor monthly if we want to clean and detail our car.

So far, I’ve had no issues and have really enjoyed my stay at Morgan!

Poor

They had bad soundproofing. And when you move out the house they can additional charge of painting fee except cleaning fee. even you dont have any crack or scratches.
And they have parking lot but the entrance is too narrow, badly location and there are many homeless people who drugs in the alley.
And also sometimes you can be stuck in the parking lot cuz there are parents cars at the alley who pick up there children
