About Park Wilshire Apartments

Beneath the iconic neon sign that illuminates the sky between Koreatown and downtown Los Angeles, this eight-story, historic building is a striking architectural example of Italian Renaissance Revival. Located at 2424 Wilshire Boulevard in Westlake,... Park Wilshire offers stylish studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom penthouse residences with considered details and classic charm. Our building is designated as a historic-cultural monument by the LA Cultural Heritage Commission and was designed by the famed architectural team of Clarence H. Russell and Norman W. Alpaugh in 1924. We originally opened as a residential hotel and was easily spotted by passersby due to its stunning neon sign which graced the building’s rooftop. Park Wilshire has been reimagined in 2023 with ongoing interior renovations offering the latest in contemporary design and function. Make Park Wilshire your home today. *PLEASE NOTE* If you are requesting a tour, please allow a representative to contact you to confirm your requested tour time/date. We are closed for lunch 12-2pm Monday thru Friday and from 1-3pm on Saturday.

Don't Move in here

moved in here the management is non existent. I have had to reach out multiple times still the management didn't pay my deposit back it's been more than a year now. The trash room is worse than any place i have seen with cockroaches swarming the whole apartment. The whole apartment is smelly and infested with bed bugs. If you want move in and be prepared to lose your deposit. I stayed here for 3 months and had to move due to the inhabitable living conditions

The management is extremely friendly, they are thoughtful when calling but the maintenence is slow and terrible at providing ETAs.

Well, we paid for what we get. However, lashelle really knew how to sell it to us and started off so nice, but quickly once we moved in we found all of the flaws and deceptions she did not tell us about before moving in. We thought we were getting a great value but at the end of the day, we get what we paid for and that’s a disappointment because I could have lived somewhere else.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I've been living here since 2019, they've gone through so many different managers. Nothing gets done around here. The elevator is always broken. There's 2 elevators and the other one has been out of service for at least 6 months. Packages get stolen all the time, the water is turned off at least once or twice a week. The trash area is disgusting and has roaches and rats in the premises. I've asked for a refrigerator replacement back in July of 2023 and it is now January 2024 and I still haven't... gotten the correct fridges. I also had a gas leak and it was never resolved by their maintenance. There's no sense of urgency with getting anything done here. Ever since the new maintenance guy took over, nothing gets done at this building and you're given so many excuses and run around. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the hassle and disappointment. This building has so many issues and they're not being addressed.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Although Lashelle is the only good thing about PW and affordable rent, so you get what you pay for.
