Great location, friendly neighbors, responsive staff

I've been a resident here for two years and have enjoyed living at Parkview. The residents are respectful of one's privacy and also friendly. I love to walk and having the park across the street is great and being able to walk to stores and restaurants is a big plus. Bus service is close by and if one has a car, the garage parking is very convenient. As with any apartment, maintenance is sometimes needed and the management is easy to work with to get things corrected. My electric bill is... very reasonable year round whether I'm using the heat or a/c. I like having my own washer and dryer. One drawback is that there is only one closet in the one bedroom apartment but an armoire met my need for more closet space. My apartment is very quiet since it doesn't face the road and I can have my windows open at night for fresh air. This apartment has met my needs and I'm happy to be able to live here.

Parkview at the Lake

I work downtown and watched as Parkview was being built. When it was complete I took a tour of the building, the community center, where we have movie night, cooking classes, and Karaoke, plus the heated pool, and the gym. I was looking for a real community and found it at Parkview.

senior apt

It is very clean, quiet, great staff, and has good tenants, making it a good apartment to live. When you wake up in the morning, it feels like you are in a resort. The garden is well maintained, so you feel refreshed, and the swimming pool is also maintained clean and safe. In the afternoon or dawn, I saw the guard patrolling. It is a comfortable and safe apartment that enhances the quality of life. ??

wonderful place, but 12% rent increases promised by management in next 2 years.

I love the location and the apartment is fine for one person. However, we have been notified that the rent will increase 6% in 2018 and 6% again in 2019. Past increases were 3% or under. The apartments could be under rent stabilization 3% rule, but currently, the management is disputing this with the LA Housing authority.

My Apartment In Echo Park

My apartment in Echo Park is a diamond in the rough. Its actually a beautiful place, regardless of pass history in the area. It has a lot of character just looking at it. Its kind of a diamond in the rough. With a little tender love and care it could be beautiful. Location is good, close to downtown, Hollywood, Alhambra, Pasadena. I live in a Senior bldg here, and i love I just love it. !!!!i
