Terrible place to live

I lived here for a year. The apartments are dirty and old. The management does not do anything to fix it. The owner and his helper Jose do not care their tenants. They are rude people and do not listen the complaints about their apartments. Stay away from Nupac if you want to live off campus. I do not recommend this company.

Nupac: making living of campus a reality

Living around USC, especially in the LA area, can be extremely pricey, especially because leases are much higher due to the fact that students are willing to pay. Thus, many end up with less for more.

Though the Nupac Apartments, which have several locations within close proximity to the campus (within 2-5 blocks), offer studio apartments with a great kitchen, bathroom, on site laundry and some complexes even have pool setups for $950-1030.

I haven't had any problems what so ever. The...
landlord is extremely helpful and always available when needed. The complex is safe and clean. And last but not least, my apartment is so spacious and I'm really getting the best bang for my buck.

Despite the helicopter noise, which you get even on campus, the apartments are nice and quiet all day long. So, Thanks Nupac for making living off campus totally affordable!
