Power Goes out very frequently, very dirty and filled with cockroaches

Power goes out most weeks at least twice a week, sometimes for over three hours. It is always unclear who to actually contact for the building and very hard to get a response. Also any basic amenities like front door lock /gate keypad, trash and recycling will very often be out of order. They also lied to me that there was Wi-fi (had to pay for installation of a new connection) and that I could be added to waitlist for onsite parking $150/month (this simply doesnt exist). Worse thing though by... far is that its infested by cockroaches they say they will treat it but it does nothing because the building is so dirty anyway, smells terrible. Skip it and pay a little more for rent, it will save you $$ in the end.

Poor management and poor upkeep

Management routinely ignores complaints about roaches and building disrepairs. Washers break down regularly and stagnant waters stays there for weeks. Dryers will literally burn your clothes to a char. The building is poorly lit. Their front gate has been busted for months now. The mail and packages are routinely stolen and management takes no precautions to make it safer.
