Great location, good price!

Lived here for almost 3 years. If you want to be right in the center of Ktown, the location can't be beat. Restaurants and grocery stores right across the street, bus stops and metro down the block, covered garage under the building. I've also always felt safe. And maintenance requests are dealt with same day or within 48 hours. Of course the building and amenities aren't fancy - if you want high class there are plenty of other places in Ktown with a higher price tag. But it's perfect for the... price that it is, and I would absolutely recommend it.

Do not move here

Overpromised and underdelivered. Elevators always broken, fire alarms going off, urine and trash in the stairways. There is no way to buzz into the building, therefore deliveries are left out in the street. On-site parking is only given out via email lottery (ie management chooses who gets parking at their discretion). The rooftop has been “reserved for a private event” almost every Saturday and Sunday for the past 2 months. They advertise security at night, but I haven’t seen anyone on duty in... months. Management will gaslight you. And then they will raise your rent 11%! Avoid at all costs.

management has changed! beware!

I stayed here for over a year. They recently changed management and are much less attentive to the needs of renters and do not seem to care on a day to day basis for their renters.
There are more and more homeless tents popping up on mariposa making the surrounding area less tolerable. Its hard to even go out for a short walk now.
The fire alarms are constantly going off for no reason or periodically for testing.
Theres always something breaking too in the apartment and turnaround time is very...
long to get help or service.
