Best Apartment I’ve Lived At

My experience at The Bora has been great.
The staff and manager are always friendly to residents and responsive to any needs. The building is always very clean and well taken care of by staff and residents as well. The building itself is beautiful and all the units have great brand new appliances!

Great apartment and management!

The building is really nice including the large gym, pool, and common spaces. I had a very good experience with management being on top of everything and they were very nice to me. Location is wonderful and close to all Ktown's best restaurants.

Avoid this apartment complex!

The management uses the bait and switch tactic to sell the amenities on new residents. The staff was quick to point out all the new common space amenities (rooftop grill, club house, etc.) and they emphasized that there was no need to reserve these spaces when I was first touring the apartment. However, it’s only been a few months actually living here where management has decided to enforce a $150 fee to book the common spaces. Honestly, the reservation fee to use the club house is standard,... however the fact that they are expecting residents to pay $150 to simply use the grill is mind-blowing. Their explanation on why they are suddenly implementing this change? Because other apartment complexes are doing it. Well, I also don’t remember any apartment complexes charging $150 to USE A GRILL when I was initially apartment hunting. If I knew this earlier, I wouldn’t have decided to live here. Why call it an amenity when residents are required to pay a ridiculous fee to even use it?

Below average quality for a new-build apartment. The walls here are thin, to the point where I can feel my floors and walls shake when my neighbors do laundry. I’m not sure why they market themselves as a luxury apartment when they can’t even invest in good insulation.
