I would avoid
The management recently got rid of all security. No overnight patrol and now homeless people are in the lobby sleeping. They don’t care.

This place is horrible. Don't let the tour fool you! The lofts might be beautiful but it is not worth the management. The property managers are only there to tell you they agree with you, no matter the problem they just cannot give anyone else's contact information, they just blame it on the company but won't let you speak to those people. Nothing can even be discussed because they won't let you talk to somebody, it is the most frustrating thing in the world. I will never live in a building run... by this company again.
There is no parking, they say you can park next door but the gate is always broken so you will need to find parking elsewhere a few blocks away. When the gate broke I asked if I could use the managers spots overnight for just a few nights as I am a young woman who gets home from work late and would like reliable parking where I don't have to walk 5 blocks at 1am, and they have no empathy. There is not an ounce on empathy or humanity in living with this company, which you don't realize how important that is until you live somewhere like this. Another note they don't mention: the building's security is only there until 6pm.
When we moved in our fridge was broken, it took 2 months to get a working fridge.

Beautiful apartment complex. Loud neighbors and loud music really ruins it. It may not seem like a big deal while you read this but when it’s a Sunday night and you have to work in the morning and your neighbors bass is leaking through your walls you’ll take my review seriously. Also I don’t even know who to talk to about this because I’ve lived here a year and 1/2 and Its had 3-4 different property managers.

The management is horrible here. They’ve gone through so many managers who have no idea what they’re doing.
From not knowing how to do payroll to never fixing issues within the units. The turnover rate is horrendous, so many of the units are empty due to the lack of management. They do not care about their tenants here, with the exception of Ana and Ali. Ali is by far the best part of the building, he is the night time security but always makes sure you are safe, your packages and letters are... safe, and is always making his rounds making sure you’re okay.
Since I’ve lived here, there has been a drug raid with SWAT, they even had to block off the entire street for it. We’ve had homeless people break in during the middle of the day and break in to multiple people’s units. Cockroaches all over the rooftop deck. Prostitution due to lack of background checks. My neighbor’s apartment just got broken into, his laptop, Jordan’s, watch and a bunch of other valuables were stolen. The accounting is horrible as well, it’s been almost 8 months of back and forth with management trying to figure this out, showing multiple confirmation emails of payment. Avoid this place at all costs.
