Overpriced and Terrible Management

Do yourself a favor and do some research and read the reviews for this building. I wish I had done so. The management will ignore all your requests to fix any on going issues. Since I moved in I have not been able to use my balcony because the old springs were taken by a handyman to repair. The sinks constantly leak, and since I have allergies to pet hair I asked to have the vents cleaned before moving in. I was assured by Kim that they would be professionally cleaned. They were not. I have been... carefuly photographing all my problems and documenting how often they happen. Seems about every 2 weeks the elevator will stop working or the laundry machines will be out of service or the internet will be out, or like this week a the fire department had to come in and used the freight elevator and left the alarm on. There are constant ongoing issues, the good things I can say is that having the windows closed you can bearly hear the noise from the club downstairs or skid row homeless yelling. Do yourself a favor and check the place out at night and at day.
