In my time living here, my car was keyed and vandalized, the manager entered our apartment daily without warning, and the management team did everything they could every dollar from you. Upon move out she charged me an extra month of rent without reason.

Highly Do Not Recommend- Caution
I do not recommend C1 Coliving, I lived in Coliving at C1 for 8 months as an in between while I sort out a new job. They placed 5 different roommates in the 4 bedroom + 1 room with no windows and 2 bathrooms to share. There's no screening process with roommates on their end and no introduction. Each roommate was worse than the last. They are solely operated on profit, greed, and filling rooms which are now listed above and beyond what any tenant should be paying for the rental room and above... market rate. The roommates ranged from super young alcoholic drug users, to one's whom would go through my personal belongings, groceries and toiletries, to screaming and cursing at me and other roommates, and overall unstable . They also kept my security deposit without valid claims and refused to refund. Their claim was to paint and patch the walls. Completely unreasonable, fraud, and abuse of my security deposit. I'm suing .
