New and great location
This building is new and the location is great! The walls are thin so if you’re on a ground floor 1BD you will hear walking, talking, doors and water running every day. There are NO amenities, no gym, no pool, no concierge, no leasing offices etc. Rent will increase at the end my annual lease term, in the midst of a potential 2023 recession and lay-offs. Mail system is a nightmare, if you receive any deliveries that require a signature there is no apartment buzz/doorbell system that will allow... any delivery driver to contact you. As a result I had to pick up flowers, DHL, FedX, UPS and USPS packages driving as far as Sunnyvale (DHL) from Menlo Park. The packages that don’t require signature will be thrown on the ground near a public street, regardless of the weather conditions. No staff here to enforce the use of their outdoor locker system. No maintenance on-site so getting things fixed can be hit or miss. You can get more for your money elsewhere!
