You get what you pay for I guess
Ive been here for about almost a year and it’s ight for the price they charging. Though they have a a roach problem that comes and goes (mostly stays) .
The other day they started working/replacing cement (walk ways) and it’s ridiculous due to these workers they hired to come on weekends knowing majority people work M-F. It’s literally them breaking cement which is so loud and close to many’s front door it’s crazy how they’re okay with tenants having to deal with that on weekends . They’re so... worried about fixing up and adding new stuff like a possible garden but they don’t want take care of the roach problem they got going on .
I don’t like talking to the manager or any other workers here with problems going on because they just brush it off all the time or never hear back a response. I also don’t recommend doing laundry here cause their machines are so dirty . I mean after awhile don’t you think you should wipe them ? Also when people move out who they hire to clean/fix up the place is so cheap ..those people will really paint over anything without making sure the area is clean it’s ridiculous !!!
