A-01 infestation

I don’t even know where to begin with this nightmare! The review above was my exact experience! Not only was the apartment not what they promoted online, it wasn’t even ready when our move in date was set. Mind you We paid our deposit back in April! June 7th was our move in day, the apartment needed to be deep cleaned and painted. It was not move in ready! We kept our cool, gave him an extra day to paint and deep clean. We come in June 8th 7pm not a single thing has been moved in. We just wanted... to walk though one more time to decide where to put our things. The kitchen and bathroom were absolutely crawling with Roaches!! We literally couldn’t believe it, we brought a friend to show them what we’re dealing with, & the roaches tripled! Literally in every room, all over the floor and hallway! Felt like fear factor! These pictures he has on this website are definitely edited! These apartments honestly need to be torn down they are disgusting! The neighbors even said They had roach problems! Don’t waste your time and money!

Roach infested

Roach infested apartments .The apartment that I was offered looked nothing like what was advertised but is a decent looking apartment. Before being offered the roach infested apartment I was offered a different apartment which was later offered to someone else I was also offered another apartment and was later told that the tenant was refusing to move then I was finally offered the roach infested apartment. My boyfriend and I fogged the apartment put big barriers and even borax . The neighbors... noticed what we where doing and told us that no matter what we do the roaches are still going to be there because the whole building is roach infested and we’re all connected .I got a second opinion from another neighbor and was basically told the same thing . My boyfriend and I decided to get our money back but they’re refusing to give us our 200$ holding fee back. I contacted Valerie and instead of returning my call she emailed me saying she wants to get the managers side of the story first and I was told that by the end of the week she would return my call. I still haven’t received a call from Valerie.My review isn’t to stop anyone from applying to these apartments but to simply inform people about the roach infested environment.
