For those looking to rent a very special, peaceful, reasonably-priced, well-maintained apartment in an unusually sweet little garden-like community, this may have been under your flower-yearning noses all along.  Yes, right here in Mt View, a few paces from Palo Alto.  It's a pretty few acres of oasis, adorned with trees, gardens, birdsong, lawns, flowers, meditative cabanas and icons, and an inviting swimming pool too.  It's also located by the Caltrain railroad tracks which for some is an... occasional whish-by of urban charm, and for others is episodic urban noise. My unit overlooks the expansive green lawn with big trees, flowers & meditation gazebos. My life here is calming & joyful because the residents & mgmt are kind, caring, & considerate. My apartment is lovely. It feels like a haven in a busy world!

I've lived in many different places in the Bay Area including the beautiful coast near Half Moon Bay. But this one has been one of the nicest places I have lived. I don't plan to ever leave! The grounds are gorgeous with many beautiful trees, flowers, and plants. It is quiet and peaceful, which I really value. The residents here are kind and considerate. It's been a godsend for me to feel like I am in a genuine community, especially in this last year of shelter-in-place.

This community is a find like no other, with a beautiful green space, luscious trees, gardens, birds singing in the morning, a gorgeous swimming pool, and the kindest neighbors you could ask for. Even with noises around, as is inevitable in the city, there is a certain tranquility that permeates. The managers go out of their way to take care of each and every resident, like they would their own family. All this in the midst of the action of Silicon Valley, a true gem of a place to live.
