Price does not match the apartment
Moved here during CoVID, moving in was easy. Relatively quiet, did not care for my fiancée car being stolen from inside the parking lot. Corporate and local management did nothing, did not even want to give us a garage (we were willing to pay for it monthly of course )
Had a to write a letter to request the garage for nothing and still did not give us the garage and people moved out and moved in around us and they got a garage, no appreciation for current tenants when it comes to safety. No... cameras were around to show how the vehicle was stolen from inside the property, the “security guard” is non existent.
Laundry rooms always have issues either broken down or they aren’t open on time which makes no sense to have laundry hours if everyone has their own key to the laundry room.
Laundry machines are expensive and they make you buy a stupid card to use the machine and the cards always break and you have to refill them in the lobby because putting them in the laundry room where people could refill the card is too hard for management.
Most people mind their business except the rare few that hang out in their garage and park their car outside the garage and impede traffic and let their kids ride bikes around the complex, where the kids could be hit by a car, no sense of responsibility for their own kids until someone gets hurt.
