The Grove Apartments

first of all the gameroom,its really just the office and anyone who will allow their kids to go hangout in the office with the manager JD is crazy because he is perverted and makes inapropriate comments about young girls.There are NO walk in closets only some units have air conditioner(1 wall unit)it is not even drug free let alone smoke free,the units are hideus,& delapadated and no one can fix anything,once they came in to fix an outlet in my kitchen that was dangerous and they broke my... garbage disposal but didnt fix the outlet next to my sink.there is mold everywhere and there is a gargantuan whole in the ceiling into the upstairs apt.there are 2 washers and dryers in 2 laundry rooms for the whole place.there is no internet as the discription says. This place isn't the bottom of the barrel but it is quite close. No central heating and air, poor plumbing with mildew all around the tub and windows. The ceilings and wall are poorly painted and there are no hook ups for cable in any rooms except in the living room.
