Lots of cut corners

The Elan is a painful property management company to work with. Responses are slow/inconsistent. The apartment itself was built with so many cut corners. The location is great for local bars and restaurants, but that’s really the only positive. There are consistently homeless sleeping (and going to the bathroom) along the gate of the property. A few instances were escalated to the property managers because they seemed dangerous. The response I got was “that’s not our problem”.
