Do not live here

This place is the worst place you can live in palm desert, they allow people who drink and do drugs to live here, it is low income so that is a plus for those trying to save and make a better life but the staff and maintenance are the worst employees, they play favorites and allow there friends to live here and get away with being drink in public on apartment property as well as smoke and grow marijuana in the apartment. I will be calling the City of Palm Desert and let them know how management... including "Lupe" is allowing this to happen.

California Villa

This is a nicely cared for property with large patios for apartments and complete helpful staff from gardeners to office staff. It's nice not having the upstairs/downstairs noise issue.
