Roaches that never stop and tenants that hoard junk. Irresponsible fumigation that drove roaches to my apartment and others. Run for your life. They just keep spraying and the roaches keep coming back. Random people just walk on the property looking through windows and knocking on doors and ransacking the dumpsters. Bugs coming inside due to improperly insulated and sealed cracks and crevices. Nothing gets taken seriously unless you make a complaint to the city. And then the city just brushes... you off and redirects you back to the problematic property management company. I’m tired, I don’t sleep, I’m on edge, and my mental and physical health is suffering due to the stress from all of the issues dealing with this apartment complex. Run away. I love my apartment even though it is just a place for me to sleep since I volunteer to coach youth soccer teams all the time and am rarely home still it's a comfortable little studio apartment and that's all I need
