Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles, with the garage fitting one large truck/van or one medium car. Pets are welcome with a fee of $75 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets. There is an optional fee to heat the pool, which is an additional $99 added to your stay each night you use the pool heating service, with a minimum of 2 nights required. Requests to heat the pool should be made at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.

Outdoor music is prohibited per Palm Springs city ordinance. Music played indoors must not be heard outdoors, and any fines related to city ordinance violations will be paid by the guest. The person renting the house must be 25 years old per the City of Palm Springs. People's noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable, with daytime considered from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
