Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles. The garage fits one large truck or van or two medium cars. There is an optional fee to heat the pool. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. This service is an additional $99 added to your stay each night you use the pool heating service and a minimum of 2 nights is required. Pets are welcome with a fee of $75 per pet and a maximum of 2 pets.

City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People's noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Any fines related to city ordinance violations will be paid by the guest. The person renting our house must be 25 years old per the City of Palm Springs.
