The master suite includes a cozy California king bed, smart TV, and French doors opening to the backyard, with an ensuite bathroom featuring a large tiled shower and double vanity. Two guest bedrooms each have a queen bed, smart TV, and ample storage space, with a shared bathroom offering a convenient tub and shower combo. The backyard oasis includes a private pool and jacuzzi, outdoor dining, and a BBQ grill perfect for sunset dinners.
Pets are allowed for a flat fee of $150 per stay. There is an optional fee to heat the pool. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. This service is an additional $99 added to your stay each night you use the pool heating service, with a minimum of 2 nights required.
Relax House is located in Desert Park Estates, a mixed architectural residential neighborhood in North Palm Springs, CA, where many of its homes were built in the 1950s up to the 2000s. This area is very quiet and just a few miles away from Albertsons, Starbucks, EOS Gym, Walgreens, and Victoria Park. Just minutes away from downtown Palm Springs, you get easy access to the most vibrant part of the city without all the noise that comes with it. Explore local attractions including the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, charming day spas, and family-friendly hiking trails, all within close proximity. If you are not bringing or renting your own car, Uber and Lyft are going to be your best bet to get around.
Outdoor music is prohibited per Palm Springs ordinance. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People's noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Any fines related to city ordinance violations will be paid by the guest. The person renting the house must be 25 years old per the City of Palm Springs. Some guests have noted the home's location near the airport to be a bit noisier than they would have liked.
