Decent place to live, absurdly mismanaged.

Been living here for about three years - the property location is the best part about living here. Short drive to everything we need and its in a very nice neighborhood. The unit itself is decent size and the lay out is nice, aside from the kitchen being too small we have have no complaints about the actual building or space. The management is a whole other story and makes living here frustrating sometimes. They wait until the last minute to do anything important-from a broken faucet to a broken... air conditioner- but waste no time letting you know when THEY need something from you. The only reason we have stuck around is that it is fairly reasonable compared to the places in the area but be warned that the price does reflect some of the issues with the property. Pools are rarely cleaned and pot holes in the parking areas are never filled, gate is also never closed but they moved it to paint the wall behind it and had every single car port painted within a week. Priorities. Recently our AC went out for the SECOND time in a month, when they fixed the AC the first time they forgot to replace the breaker fuse(?) which is what caused the break in the first place-the second time our AC broke they said it was a faulty breaker fuse that they forgot to replace even though we put in a work order the day it broke the first time. Its frustrating and completely unprofessional and its been like this since Day 1. The unit, area and maintenance crew are all reasons to enjoy living here but the management makes it hard to appreciate any of the benefits. It is rather fitting the company running the place is called "FML" Management.

One word, Management

Don’t get me wrong the apartment was in a good location, it was mostly quiet and rent was reasonable. However, the management for this facility is mediocre. They don’t care if your air conditioning goes out. They had me with NO AC!!! for almost two weeks in the hottest days of summer!!!! All repairs that were needed when I moved in NEVER!!!! Got fixed and I was charged for all of them in my security deposit. I definitely overpaid for my security deposit and received less than 25% back for... damages that had already existed prior to my move in date.
Do yourself and your family a favor and don’t go to this place. If you see good reviews for this complex, more then likely it’s someone from their team trying to get the ratings up to lure people in.

Horrible Management and Property

Management neither takes care of the property nor cares about it. Several issues with the pool, common area floors, and even lighting in the stairs. Don’t move here! Many other nice apartments around the area for the same price.

Do something about the loud music!! This isn't fair to live next to this!!!

I am living next to the most ridiculous loud thumping music...they are probably mad because I told managment about it...now it's a 3 day weekend and I'm so tired of it. I will call the police next!!!

Great place to live!

Great place to live. It's nice and cozy. And, I also love the location. Shout out to our management team for all of their hard work.
Thank you, JC for all that you do!
