Save your money

Not worth the hassle. The place looks ok from the outside, but it’s poorly managed. I didn’t catch on when they wanted me to sign the lease before they allowed me to do a walkthrough of the apartment. The gate to the parking garage breaks at least every other month and if you work late good luck finding reasonable parking. Everyone else parks where they want to including in the grass and the wrong side of the road. The dryers only have two functional dryers out of the 6. The only thing that is... properly maintained Is the grass in the courtyard that gets cut every Friday morning. They have raised the rent the past three years. Stay away from this place.

Nice quiet place to live at.

I have enjoyed living here so far with my teenage son, it has a cottage peaceful feeling, it used to be quiet until we’re getting a lot of dogs that bark early morning and interrupt people’s sleep.
No issues with management and repairs get done as requested.

Lived here 2018-2022 MICE PROBLEM

It was okay. Very basic brown carpet low quality appliances & counter tops. The office is always closed when you need it like to load your laundry card. Laundry card machine is often not working then they will tell you to drive to another complex to use their machine to reload your card. I once had a homeless man camping out right on my doorstep with a huge bag of weed. For sure some people sell weed possibly other drugs in the complex. No issues with pests until the last few months living there... we got lots of MICE (like 4-5 that we caught with traps…not sure how mice got in we were very clean and lived on the second floor) we told management about it and they just gave us a few traps.

A/C is not central but it’s alright. Rent has gone up a lot but if you need something on the more affordable side it’s better than some complexes in the AV but I’m know there are some nicer ones (for more money).

Current Resident

It's okay. My place is spacious, but has sprung a few leaks. The management did the bare minimum, but moves quickly if something is broken that can cause a lawsuit. The gate breaks every couple of months and they raise your rent the maximum allowance yearly. If you plan on being here a year or two, this will do just fine.

Not worth it

I lived here for 1 year, the first few months were fine until the floors are worn in and the creaking begins. My neighbor downstairs was a NIGHTMARE! The apartments were built in the 70’s and it’s old so the floor board were a VERY creaky to the point where it was throughout the entire apartment. My neighbor constantly would bang on my floor for something I couldn’t control. Also the other neighbors around complained about everything! If you have kids this place is not kid friendly. There is a... great open courtyard in the complex that my kids would play in, and other residents would constantly complain about them playing. Also management is nice but they never answer the phone like ever. Most of the time if we needed to get a hold of management we would have to walk into the office or wait for inspections so we can give them a list of things to fix. Overall this would probably be a nice senior community but not a family community. People are not friendly in this complex. Beware of a top floor unit. Not worth the price they are asking for now that’s for sure.
