Pick something, and it's wrong
I've rented a 1 bedroom apartment here for 1.5 years and if I could, I would break my lease tomorrow. The property management team is non-existent and the only way to actually talk to someone is by contact the emergency maintenance team. When I did renew my lease (what a mistake), it took 3 weeks of emailing to get a response. There has been almost constant construction - for example, its 9:12am on a Saturday and construction has been going on for the last 30 minutes. If you submit a maintenance... request, be prepared for them to just show up unannounced, at a random hour of the day and expect to enter your apartment, which is unreasonable at the very least. There are almost constant alarms going off at all hours throughout the complex, one from the fire panel that is low on batteries and others from water heater sensors that malfunction daily. As I'm writing this, in addition to the construction, there are 3 other alarms I can hear with my window open. Don't even get me started on the water bill which has gone up from under $80 last year to $150+ this year as we pay for the pool/spa and watering the lawn. Pool/spa was broken for a long time and ran water continuously for several days. More often than not the sprinklers water the sidewalk more than the actual grass. So if you're looking for an unreasonably expensive, noisy, inconsiderate apartment with a non-existent property management team, this might be the place for you.
