Bad experience

I do not recommend living here; considering the price, you have to put up with bad attitudes and harassment from the managers—they are very rude and unpleasant. On top of that, the laundry room is terrible; not everything works, and it isn't clean. The elevator is always dirty, as is the trash area. They give people with pets a hard time, so if you are thinking about moving here with your pet, definitely don't do it!

Regarding our shared spaces, our team… schedules daily cleanings for the elevator and trash areas, and we work closely with our vendor to ensure laundry equipment is serviced promptly. We take all maintenance and service standards seriously. If you are a current resident experiencing a specific issue with a machine or have further concerns, please reach out directly to our office so we can address it immediately.

My happy home

I have lived here for more than 16years and am happy to call it my home,yes there have been ups and downs but for the most part its small things,I don't have cockroaches like most people complain because its upto you to put in the hard work and keep your apartment clean,if I have something that needs to be fixed it gets done.
Jenny our manager is amazing,friendly,approachable and always available and is not afraid of fixing things herself if she can.Alot of tenants can be rude but she… patiently deals with them with so much respect.She and her stuff are very hardworking,give this place a chance before you listen to the negative.i have seen people live and come back.Joan.

Roaches roaches roaches

The management is great and The apartment is nice but the ROACHES & bugs are terrible. No matter how many time you get fumigated they are in hallways, walls, neighbors. Just everywhere also the gym equipment is very cheap

Cheap rent cheap place!!!

One of the most uncomfortable place to live. The manager is the worst!! She complains about absolutely everything. In the evening they close the front gate where ppl use to pick up ppl or just to turn back out. Now there’s a traffic jam just to get into the parking garage every day because of the manager. Extremely annoying. And it’s old and ugly but worst of all is every unit is cheaply put together. And neighbors keep the place very filthy.
