I'll be away for a bit and looking for a clean individual to stay at my condo for 2-3 months. You'll get the entire unit. This is like a sublet- I'm renting it for $3500....
Fully furnished- just bring your suitcase! Bi-weekly cleaning will be provided. All utilities included. I'm leasing for a lower price because my personal belongings will be around the house.

About the unit - Located right off of 210 freeway, this condo is 4th floor corner unit in a well maintained complex. The unit was renovated less than a year ago in May 2024. It has a vaulted ceiling with floor to ceiling windows, looking out to North direction with mountain view. The unit is 1071 sqf with 1 master bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, and a loft space. The master bedroom is located on the first floor with attached master bathroom, with a walk-in closet. The staircase leads up to a loft space, with another full bathroom, and access to an outdoor rooftop patio. Underneath the staircase is a storage room to store your extra belongings. Washer and dryer are inside the master bathroom. The kitchen has granite countertop and stainless steel appliances. Professional soundproof windows were installed throughout the unit to block out the noise from the freeway.
