Luxury price. Not luxury living.
Only stars are for location, fitness center, and safety. Otherwise disappointing. If the rent was half as much, I would expect less.
Units have nice fixtures. Not well-insulated against noise. We hear our upstairs neighbors moving around constantly.
Outside windows are not cleaned regularly. They are really grimy. (We've been here almost a year, and have even offered to pay for the service, but not allowed.)
Parking is an issue. For 1 bedroom, you get only one spot. There's no guest... parking. Yet there are literally dozens of empty spaces in the garage day and night.
If you need an additional space, you can contract for a single spot with the unsecured lot across the street. (They tow people frequently if you park in the half-empty garage.)
Everything is done with sensors and apps. Some are great but others are confusing. Door Dashers are frequently wandering around, and end up leaving orders outside on the sidewalk.
Office staff is nice, but communication is terrible. E.g. we filed multiple maintenance requests due to no hot water. Finally today they told us hot water had been restored to the whole building. (Not sure why you wouldn't announce this ahead of time...)
Many dog owners are inconsiderate about picking up, in spite of free scooping bags and trash bins all over. The dog park is more of a pet relief area.
Tons of community areas with seating and fire pits. They are empty 90% of the time so it looks kind of deserted.
We are looking forward to moving out at the end of our lease.
