The personnel and facilities at the Residences at Westgate are truly fantastic, and we’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the staff. We also love the location... it’s such a gift to be able to walk to so many great spots, parks, and neighborhood amenities, and it’s been a big part of what’s made living here feel convenient and enjoyable for our family

Continuing Washer issues.
Dirty/stained/oder carpet in hallway.
No airway in hallway since only 1 side of window is locked shut.
Rude leasing office members and manager. Manager doesn’t even look your way, acts like she’s too busy on her computer screen.

The Residences at Westgate has a lot of potential, and the location is definitely convenient. However, there are a few areas that could use some attention to improve the overall living experience. The hallway carpets are worn with visible stains and a noticeable odor, especially since there’s no ventilation or AC in those areas. The elevator also often has an unpleasant smell and could benefit from a deep cleaning. Lastly, the mailroom could use a refresh it would feel much more welcoming with a... new coat of paint and some small updates. With a few improvements, the community could feel much more comfortable and well-maintained.
