Great place to live!

We loved this place! My family and I found the apartments to be in a safe, clean, and quiet neighborhood. Easily accessible to stores, post office, and freeway access. The building manager is very responsible, responds quickly and makes sure that the complex is kept in excellent order. The maintenance staff are efficient and friendly. Having an in-unit washer and dryer was great especially with little ones. The water pressure in the unit was excellent and having a gas stove and heater was... great. I would definitely recommend living at Pinole Vista!

Quiet and comfy.

My fiance and I moved in three weeks ago and so far it's been great! All of the apartments are newly remodeled with brand new appliances. The property is three minutes away from great restaurants and grocery stores. We love it.

I love it.

Great brand new hard wood floors throughout the whole 2 bedroom. Brand new granite countertops. brand new appliances and fixtures. Refreshing and clean pool, very relaxing.
