We encourage you not to apply if you have a credit score below 500, have ever been evicted, have a bad rental history, or have utility accounts in collections.
WE REQUIRE YOU TO HAVE LANDLORD LIABILITY INSURANCE. You will have the ability to provide your own from a carrier of your choice.
