I’m Despite my two-year tenure as a model tenant, I am compelled to write this review due to recent issues with the management and office staff.
Over the past few months, the management, with the exception of Dafne, who was exceptional, has consistently demonstrated poor communication and problem-solving skills. Notable incidents include:
- An attempt to alter the payment process a few months ago, followed by a subsequent failure to process a payment, resulting in the first missed payment.
-... The main office manager disputed my responsibility for late charges that were beyond my control. (After Dafne intervened, I was awarded a one-time refund.)
- A persistent roach outbreak that was never adequately addressed, resulting in ongoing roach infestations in my belongings after my move-out.
The office staff have consistently failed to respond to my requests for assistance. I have requested photographs of the carpet damage and replacement as proof of the charges, which were posted on my portal, but have yet to receive them. The charges, from my knowledge, are unnecessary and excessive since when I left the carpet only had general wear and tear.
These incidents serve as a warning to potential residents that the management and office staff may not prioritize addressing resident concerns effectively.
