Construction Zone and no parking!
Would give this place no stars if I could. We have lived here for a year and I have spoken to the property manager (not by choice) more than I have my mother. Patty (apartment manager) is extremely intrusive and is way too involved in her tentants business. She has about 4-5 parking spots for herself and everyone else gets one, and if you want another, (there are enough spaces for all 1 bdr to have 1 spot and the 2 bdr to have 2 spots) you have to pay an extra $35/month. There is also no street... parking EVER. There is constant construction and kids running around completely unsupervised causing havoc. Only 4 washer and dryers and people take your clothes out the instant it stops if you’re not right there to take out your clothes. The walls are very thin and if you live in a downstairs apartment you can hear every single step your lovely upstairs make. They just raised the rent by $100 and you also have to pay an average of an extra $75/ for water trash and sewage which was never told to us until we got our 2nd rent bill. You also have to pay an extra $25/month if you want a month to month lease and some even have to pay an extra $100/month for a month to month lease. Only good thing is the layout of the place is pretty cool and they do have backyards which is nice. Look elsewhere to save yourself the headache of constant construction and being harassed by Patty constantly over ANY small infraction, including children sidewalk chalking rainbows and smiley faces on the ground. That’s a big no no...... ?!?!
