Avoid These Apartments! Save Your Money and Nerves
Our experience living in this apartment has been extremely disappointing. From the very first day we moved in, we had to deal with numerous issues. The apartment was in terrible condition: many things were broken, and the cleanliness was far from acceptable. We even had to wash the walls ourselves, which is completely unacceptable for a rental property.
Throughout the six months we’ve lived here, something has broken almost every week. We contacted maintenance multiple times, but the workers... often took several days to arrive, adding even more stress and inconvenience.
On top of that, the exhaust fans do not work, and there is a constant unpleasant smell in the apartment. It either comes from neighboring units or somewhere else—I can’t tell for sure. To make matters worse, we have also encountered cockroaches, which adds to the discomfort and poor living conditions.
Despite our efforts, we have not been able to feel comfortable here. The constant repairs, persistent odors, and pests make it impossible to feel at home. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.
