HOW TO QUALIFY
To qualify for the property, total household gross income must be equivalent to 2.5x rent... with a credit score of 650 minimum and no prior evictions. Please confirm you meet these requirements to schedule a showing (can also be done via video call for non-locals). Applications will be required for all adult occupants. Alternative lawful and verifiable evidence accepted if qualified for a subsidized government program. We do not ask for money to view the property and are mindful of the burden of rental application fee therefore will only accept applications after you have viewed the property.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
Available for move-in as of March 1st, 2025 (move in date negotiable), 6-month lease with option to renew. Nearby are some parks if you enjoy hiking and if you're tired of working from home, Richmond Cobiz is a vibrant coworking space downtown where you can experience community.
