Vue at 3600 Apartments

Moved in during the property management switch, and I was quoted the incorrect price for rent and on my move-in day found out that I needed to pay more money than what I was previously told during the 30 day wait to move in. I never received a copy of my lease and right now. I am in need of rental assistance and cannot apply because I do not have a copy of the lease and the office says they do not have a copy either. At least create me a new one so my home is secured and you guys are paid.

I visit my elderly parent at the Vue once a week at minimum and am always greeted with friendly maintenance folks. I passingly was greeted by an office staff member named Louisa who was also helping around the area blowing leaves and picking up any litter she spotted. I can say that I have noticed the increase in upkeep to the area.

Hello, the condominium is good, clean and organized. The people are friendly and cordial. The receptionists in the office are friendly and helpful. The apartment that was given to me is a good size, but it was very dirty and there is no microwave. But overall it is good.

My husband and I have had nothing but positive experiences since moving in here! We moved in around the time the new management took over and it’s been outstanding. Karen has been a huge help to us whenever we have needed or requested anything. The other staff members have been wonderful as well, from the office staff to the maintenance. Work orders always get addressed in a timely manner and feedback about our tenancy is always considered and applied quickly. We recently had a dog day event... which was wonderful and our dogs certainly loved all of their wonderful goodies! I would recommend the Vue to anyone that I know! Read More
