CTL management ruined the whole experience
I lived in the Stanford heights apartment for just under 2 years. When it came time to move out and perform the end of lease inspection, they added on all sorts of fees. In this process they charged us well over our initial deposit we agreed upon in case of any “unnatural wear and tear” (there was no “unnatural” wear and tear, yet we were charged) We were good tenants, left everything in great condition, had respect for the property, neighbors, and followed the rules. We feel we were treated... very unfairly by CTL management, and I know this is not how you treat your customers within a business. (Same rules apply to apartment management)
TLDR
Money pinching management.
