St. Kathryn Apartments

I saw that one apartment was available through this site, so I decided to check it out. I visited the complex, and walked to the managers' apartment. I peered through the front door window thinking it was an office. She opened up and snapped at me to never peer through her window again. She threatened to call the cops before I could even ask if there was vacancy. She pointed to her sign that stated "No Vacancy" and said I should instead of ask. I asked when they might have a vacancy, but she... told to get out and that she is "calling the cops". I asked a couple of tenants and all of them said that she wasn't particularly nice to her tenants but the rent was affordable. When we talk about location, this is it. It's close to the freeway and busy main street in town. Close to shopping and fast food restaurants.
