Okay Place .
I definitely should have read the reviews , right after I signed my lease I found 2 dead roaches and 2 live ones but I needed a place to live my first apartment but I will say the original owners did horrible at cleaning/fixing it up under the sink was broken wood/ rust & dirt a drawer was taped together in the kitchen & they have roaches even more when you move your things inside ... I know they weren’t from me because my previous place I stayed never had a single roach and me and my husband... bought EVERYTHING brand new, clothes , furniture , dishes and all & roaches still here , I will say as long as you keep your house clean & smelling Clean you may see 1 or 2 bugs ?? but it’s better then being infested most of the time I seen them going into the bathtub or kitchen sink (pipes) but I will say probably the only place you could leave your car windows down and nobody will steal from you , neighbors are pretty quiet sometimes can be loud but I trust this area very much the apartment inside itself would be like when your parents tell you to clean up and you push stuff under the rug or bed ?? , looks good until you go to re clean. No issues ever with the landlord but big issues with the A/C Cooling doesn’t stay cool ventilation seems bad .
