Churchill Downs

This is the third apartment I've lived in since I moving out of my parents home and the nicest by far. My apartment has two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is the perfect size for my husband and I. The place is huge but cozy at the same time. It also features a patio and outdoor storage unit that was washer/dryer hookups (no more laundromats! Yay!). It is located right next door to a very large park and another small park that is across the street. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and everyone... I've encountered is extremely friendly. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby and it does not take long to get to the highway. The office staff is great and the maintenance team have always been super friendly. I hope to stay here for a long time!

Love IT

I love my home at Churchill Downs, it's seems like a home more than an apartment which made me wanthink to stay so long been here since 2008! It's where my girls grew up AND the staff is very friendly, pool and apartments are always clean and great schools from elementary to high school!
