COCKROACHES OUT OF CONTROL; ACCUMULATING TRASH SUGGESTIVE OF BEDBUG INFESTATION

been here 6 weeks. mgmt ignores. residents upset but are very scared to report. hazardous waste glass left for weeks where children play. 100 pictures over 5 weeks on OneDrive. afraid to go in kitchen; bathroom even though they sprayed pesticide 2 weeks ago. huge & alive!
they want to spray poison 1x week rather than remove trash which is very close to all units.
Reported to every agency; however, am very ill and hurt from fall when cockroach ran over my foot in THE CARPETING during the... night.

I like the new renovations they've made. The kitchens are small though and they could keep the property better maintained.

Garden village apartments

The apartments were nice when we first moved in but now it's more chaotic kids running through the parking lot all the time trash everywhere it needs to be maintained a little better
