Don’t move here

I lived here for almost 2 years and it was by far the most traumatizing experience. First and foremost I was a college student and this was my very first apartment. The rent price was decent. Management was always changing and never did work orders on time. I kept to myself and the problems that I came across my last few months here should’ve never happened. One day I came out to my vehicle and my back window was completely shattered. A month and a half later I notice this random white woman... that looks like she was over 6 foot and about 40 years old peeping into my bedroom window. Now at the time I was a 23 year African American woman and I had never seen this random woman a day in my life. So I look out my window to see why she peeped in. Once I opened the window the woman moves to the next window to look in it as if she’s looking for someone. As soon as my blinds shut this deranged woman busted my bedroom window with her fists. I was pregnant at the time and never in my life had I been so terrified. As the woman was coming through my bedroom window I decided to go to the front door of my apartment and get security. I get the security guy and he comes to my apartment and says I don’t see anyone in there and walks off. So I see this random guy that lives in the complex and ask him to look into my apartment because someone just broke in. Meanwhile the woman is literally getting blood everywhere in my apartment on my bed, toilet, tub. Finally the cops come and they arrest her. It took management forever to come and maintenance to fix my broken window. That night maintenance boarded my huge bedroom window with a piece of wood and said that the window guy would fix the window the next day. I told the apartment manager that I’d be moving out because I’m not going to stay some place that I don’t feel safe. She told me ok I could move my things out by Friday. The break in happened on a Sunday. Fast forward to me getting my deposit back. The complex took my deposit, charged me those days my belongings where in the apartment. I explained to them I was not living there the day the lady broke in I left it took me a few days to move my things because I was pregnant. I also didn’t bother cleaning up that woman’s blood or the things she used because I was pregnant and I wasn’t going to put myself or my unborn child at risk for anything. Long story short don’t live here. There’s too much crime, maintenance is slow, and management sucks.

What a piece of junk

Nothing works, the pool is never open, management is never available and the maintenance telephone number has been disconnected for weeks!

Nothing is as advertised. The pool is never open. Nothing works. The place is always full of garbage. Run, don't walk to your next option!
