If location is all that matters...
In terms of "luxury apartment living" this is definitely not it. The management here charges admin fees, fees to pay online (otherwise you get to slide a hand written check under the office door- no secure locked box or anything), there was a time repairs were being done but the workers left their machines running indoors so it set off everyone's carbon monoxide alarms at midnight- so i guess the alarms work. Like to play will my AC turn on middle of summer or will it be 90 inside? How about... will the garage door open so im not stuck today or will it stay open 24/7 so cars get broken into/ packages stolen? My personal favorite was will the water turn on or will the hallway be flooded? Chances were high that something wasnt working around here.
Management was a revolving door of new people felt like a new one every 6 months or less. Some ok, some absolutely terrible, some obviously never wanted to be there. Bottom line- they lie and they don't care. Maybe its incompetence or maybe its intentional does it matter? They know you are replaceable so stay on them otherwise they'll get nothing done and take you for all they can. Notorious for taking most of your security deposit here too so don't bother spending much time cleaning just get the basics done.
These are just the issues I dealt with personally in my 4 year stay. (got stuck here over covid) Location is solid- esp since the bar across the street where the shooting occurred got shut down. For the price you pay I'd suggest looking elsewhere but if all that you care about is location go for it. Stay safe and good luck my friend.

The Heart of Midtown
Such a convenient location for the heart of midtown. Located next to the perfect brunch areas as well as the night scene. The amenities such as the rooftop and gym are will definitely be appreciated. My 1bd 1bth unit is just comforting and species for an independent individual trying to acclimate to the city life. Spacious and all around love the stainless steel appliances and my biggest win was having a washer and drier in my unit.
I just moved here on Monday and Myrissa the Property Manager... took care of me as soon as I had submitted a request via the app. She walked me every step of the way, made sure everything was in order to get me ready for a move-in ready unit by the end of the week and answered any questions I’ve had with such professionalism. She truly knows how to take care of the tenants and is very tentative to their needs.
St. Anton Building for the win!!!

Great place to live!
I've lived in 32 different apartment complexes. I LOVE it here. The location can't be beat! Right on the edge of a quiet neighborhood and 2 blocks from restaurants, events, and shopping! Apartments are super nice - stainless appliances, granite counters, huge bathroom, new carpeting (yay!). I haven't found any of the negative issues reported. Seriously, I don't understand those reviews.
The manager, Myrissa, is fairly new to St. Anton, but she's definitely an experienced management professional... . She's very friendly and efficient. She truly cares about St. Anton: in the short time she's been here, she's already added furniture to the courtyard, creating a new place to hang out (in addition to the rooftop patio.) BTW, the rooftop does NOT require a fee to use. The fee is only if it's reserved for a private party.) Myrissa is focused on proactively IMPROVING the complex, not just maintening it. She made the leasing process easy: straightforward answers to questions, no hidden surprise fees, great attitude when I sat and read the entire lease before signing... (usually I get a lot of "finished yet?" interruptions) She and Ernesto, our maintenance man, have responded to all my requests promptly. Ernesto even answered his cell Sunday evening on Labor Day weekend when I locked myself out (Doh!).
The tenants are friendly, mostly young professionals. I'm disabled, and everyone has opened the doors or offered to help me. One man carried an INCREDIBLY heavy table to my apartment (the furthest from the elevator).
Based on reviews, I was worried about noise issues: alleged thin walls and a nightclub/partiers. I'm here 24/7, super light sleeper: ZERO noise problems. I can occasionally hear my upstairs neighbor, but that's true of any apartment I've had. As for the nightclub, I have no clue if it even exists: No music, no loud partiers.
Re the homeless - none here and very few in the Midtown area.
Roaches - None, and I mean it. Not even by the dumpster. I'm deeply terrified of roaches (katsaridaphobia). Had I seen one, I would NOT have moved in. (I've broken leases bc of a single roach.)
I don't leave bogus reviews because I give a lot of weight to any repeated complaint. I count on my fellow renters to be honest. Reviews weigh heavily in my decision. I expect exaggerations and negative reviews, but I'm surprised at so many ingenuine negative reviews. I highly recommend the St. Anton Building.
