Quaint Apartments With Lovely Manager!

The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The apartments themselves were well kept and there are lots of flowers around the grounds.
The property manager was the sweetest and professional. I can tell that this place really cares about their tenants!

Awful

As the last person has said NO FREAKIN HOT WATER!!!!! like seriously we pay rent here we're not asking for free handouts- it's hot water a basic need!!!! Days go by with no hot water and no end in sight. It's bad enough having to take a cold shower but I refuse to make my kids bathe in freezing water. Going to have to look for a different place since this one seems to be inhabitable.

Persistent Hot Water Issues

This property should be investigated and the owner should be charged due to health concerns and violations. The hot water in this complex is always off at 3 days at a time. It is aterrible place to live if one is raising a family with children that cannot be bathed because of its constant hot water problems.
