I’ve been living at The Wexler for a while now, and honestly, it’s been a great experience. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Sac State, which makes getting to class super easy. No more stressing over parking on campus!

The apartments themselves are modern and well-designed. My unit has a ton of natural light, and the kitchen is sleek with updated appliances. The space is great for both studying and hanging out. The walls are pretty solid, so I don’t hear my neighbors too much,... which is a huge plus.

One of my favorite things about living here is the amenities. The gym is open 24/7, so I can get a workout in whenever it fits my schedule. The pool and clubhouse are also nice for unwinding after a long day. They even host community events, which is a fun way to meet people.

Overall, I’d definitely recommend The Wexler to anyone looking for a great place to live near Sac State. It’s comfortable, convenient, and has everything you need for a solid living experience

I've had a good experience with wexler mostly, however I've had issues with constantly needing maintenance for the same things because it does not properly get fixed the first time. Not to mention that sometimes wexler doesn't follow through on their rewards and people who work there will favor their friends.
