Pet Friendly but not Quiet

It's a HUGE house divided into 10 apartments. Since it was a house, the floors are thin, so you can hear everything between floors. The main hallways echoe, so if one unit is loud, everyone can hear. Parking is horrible, hopefully you take the bus or walk to school/work. Very close to public transportation. You can walk to downtown, but coming home late is sketchy walking under the freeway overpasses with the homeless. They take pets!! No size limit! Laundry on site. Horrible parking! Great... maintenance when/if needed. If you like to ride your bike, it's close to everything!! Rent is reasonable.
