Guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile, including a clear photograph of your face. You must be at least 25 years old to reserve this property. Check-in is 4 PM or later, and check-in instructions will be sent via email the morning of your stay. No illegal activity or illicit substances are permitted on the premises; doing either will result in eviction from the property and may also result in law enforcement involvement. No animals are allowed on the beds or any of the furniture. If you leave the property, your pet either joins you or stays in their crate. If there are any pet-related damages, you will be required to cover any repair or replacement costs. Please keep any barking or crying that will disturb neighbors to a minimum. Please do your best to clean up after your pet before check-out. The property is 100% smoke-free, including both private and communal areas, the unit itself, and any other public areas within the building and the communal property regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off of the premises and on public property to smoke. Evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeiture of your security deposit. We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints, parties, or gatherings of any sort. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. This property may implement video surveillance in outdoor public areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests. Additionally, this property may also use Noise Aware technology to ensure the comfort and security of our guests.
