There is walking area to the side of a queen bed, a phone charging niche, and a curtain track above to privatize the bed space, creating all the benefits of a one bedroom in a more efficiently planned space.
Amenities include Google Fiber Webpass, BBQ and lounge space, storage Units, central heating and air, and a 1 block walk to many shops including Whole Foods, Trader Joes, and many tasty food and drink establishments. We are a short 1 mile walk to Balboa Park and the Zoo and only a 2 block walk to a nice little canyon walk for the furry friends. Most importantly, Cayuca offers a place to live with a smaller carbon footprint. Our spaces require less resources to build, heat and cool and solar provides some of the buildings power needs. Our location minimizes the need to use gas and incentivizes walking and biking. These tiny shifts in our daily life will help to rebuild a more sustainable community.
