The space includes a full size custom kitchen, washer and dryer, large bathroom, and extensive storage over the kitchen cabinets to maximize functionality. The interior living area is 455 square feet and this unit also has an exterior deck area outside the front door. The bed niche tucks away the bed completely into a efficient bedroom area. There is walking area to the side of a queen bed, a phone charging niche, and a curtain track above to privatize the bed space, creating all the benefits of a one bedroom in a more efficiently planned space.
