We use a month-to-month rental contract, that doesn’t mean you only get to stay a month, we hope you’ll stay for a good while! It does mean you won’t get dinged by the expense of breaking a lease if you do need to move.

Cats and small pets are welcome, and require no extra fees, but this is not really suitable for a big dog who needs more than the tiny side yard- - sorry! Or maybe your best friend is old and slow and you work from home? I get that, let's talk.

We are a Mom and Pop place, not an apartment complex, but we'll still need to thoroughly vet you with a credit check and all that jazz, including talking to a previous property manager. All of us need to be somewhat careful, but if you’re up front with me about past issues, it can probably be worked out. I believe in second chances, as well as not raising the rent on people if I can help it, and giving back a security deposit when people do move on. I’ve been fortunate so far to have had it work out.
